  • Commencing salary $59,632 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and annual leave loading

  • This role is based at our Sydney campus however will work closely with the Melbourne campus Marketing and Communication team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an Administrator to advocate and promote the Institutes courses and programs through various communication techniques and marketing tools. This position will also provide information and guidance to prospective students, schools, job seeker networks and industries, coordinate school visits, campus tours and career expos both virtually and in person.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students from secondary schools or studying with other education institutions, careers advisors, teachers, parents and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide information and guidance to students of the enrolment process including eligibility interview, PTR form competition, information on course fees, course timetables and VET funding.
  • Participate in various school events, expos and conduct presentations.
  • Arrange and conduct student campus tours to prospective students, parents, teachers and industry stakeholder virtually and in person.
  • Assist in the preparation setup and participate in key student recruitment internal events and activities.
