Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The post holder will play a key role in the life cycle of communications and marketing strategies and activities related to prospective students, ensuring these are in line with the faculty and UCL as a whole. Working with a number of departments, the post holder will lead in areas, not limited to, but including: ensuring prospectus information is complete and compliant with the relevant UCL and Competition and Markets Authority regulations, designing and producing marketing literature as well as event co-ordination including virtual and on-campus open days.
The post holder will also manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties in conjunction with others to ensure the UCL and faculty story is accurately conveyed to UCL prospects, generating appropriate engagement with the recruitment process and foster a culture of continuous improvement practice by critically appraising all student recruitment activities to ensure lessons learned are applied to future plans, and missed opportunities are mitigated where required.
