The department of Bioengineering is hiring a part time student research assistant to help in course BIEN 602 ( Biomanufacturing for RNA biologics ) revision.

Main responsibilities include

• Implement virtual reality tool to support the experiments of Biomanufacturing for RNA biologics
• Administer experiments and establish relevant guidelines of procedures
• Research most advanced tools in messenger RNA technology
• Organize research material and content on RNA biologics
• Draft protocols and participate in course content in regards to Production of template DnA
• Assist with the analysis and interpretation of generated data

Qualification:

• Currently a Graduate McGill student at Master’s or a PhD level in bioengineering/biomedical/biology
• Expertise in RNA Technology and solid foundation in Biochemical Engineering, solid knowledge of biomanufacturing RNA.
• Experience with SuperPro Designer, Benchlink, and other quantitative tools relevant to biomanufacturing will be highly helpful
