Higher education programs: processing and following up applications for enrolment and semester enrolments, data entry, student communication, administration of student records, processing deferrals and withdrawals, processing payments and textbook orders, coordinating dispatch of course materials, and organising and participating in Orientation Sessions.

  • Updating student information and publications as required.
  • HELP system: Managing, updating and monitoring the HELP system and student records, updating records, writing and updating student resources and information on HELP, responding to general student queries, technical and administrative support to staff and students.
  • Inputting data for higher education student records and FEE-HELP reporting.
  • General higher education administration including: maintaining electronic and hard copy student records and RPL/Credit Transfer database, student information and log ins, managing student management systems, maintaining regular contact with students, administering graduation documentation, issuing surveys to students, collating and reporting survey results.
  • Undertaking assigned tasks during enrolment processes.
  • Writing correspondence and responding to student queries within required timeframes.
  • Maintaining higher education administrative and reporting processes as needed
  • Reporting various statistical information as needed..
  • General administrative support as required from time to time.
  • Communicating and liaising with higher education, administrative, finance, branch and IT staff in the performance of these duties.
  • Various higher education administrative duties such as issuing documentation and inputting and collating survey results.
  • Any other reasonable directives from time to time
