Student Worker in Design Quality and Project Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) is looking for a Student Worker (approx. 10 hours per week) to join our team in Design Quality and Project Management located in Nordborg.
In this role you will support New Product Development and Innovation projects to secure on time delivery, at a low cost and a high quality. You will become part of a diverse team consisting of 10 people with various roles. Here you will support the transformation of our processes and/or tools allowing our team to focus on what they love to enable a high performing environment.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

What we expect from you:

• You must be a student at Bachelor’s or Master’s level, preferably within Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a strong passion for data analytics.
• You are interested in automatization, digitalization and AI.
• You are a credible, reliable student with strong communication and analytical skills.
• You are curious in gaining knowledge and learning new things.
• We also expect you to be enterprising and interested in working with many different people in an international environment.
• You can handle English verbally and in writing.

You will be working with:

• Automating and digitalizing manual and repetitive tasks using AI. These tasks can both be technical and non-technical.
• Support on data mining in relation to risk assessments, physical test, and project management. This includes structuring the data so it can be used as a knowledge base for AI.
• Support Design Quality with improving our risk assessment tool for product design and application requirements management using mission profile.
• Support Project Managers with improvement initiatives on a agile framework and milestone deliverable process.
