We are a small team of People and Systems specialists responsible for ensuring Siemens Energy payroll is accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose. With a clear governance & risk management approach, we manage our vendors relationships and work closely with our HR Services team to safeguard end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. We are looking for a Sub-Regional Payroll Analyst for Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Ukraine) with demonstrated knowledge of processes and related systems in order to effectively perform all responsibilities, including but not limited to, resolving issues, auditing, data governance, and improving processes. This position will be the primary contact at an operational level for our payroll vendors and internal clients. This is a remote opportunity for applicants located in Czech Republic or Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure data integrity between systems
- Verify and supervise data and calculation correctness, analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses
- Stay up to date on state payroll and tax laws, ensuring adherence to all compensation and tax regulations
- Establish and maintain written documentation regarding country knowledge, payroll procedures and processes
- Be point of contact and work closely with other departments, and external vendors
- Be proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities and customer service orientation
- Support less experienced colleagues, supervising their work, knowledge sharing etc
