To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering as recognised by Engineers Australia or related discipline
• Demonstrated practical experience in Civil / Subdivision Engineering supervision
• Demonstrated ability and experience in managing and negotiating with people (developers/consultants/contractors)
• Well developed report writing and communication/conflict resolution skills
• Sound knowledge of Stormwater / Traffic engineering in relation to subdivision / developmen
