Summary
We are looking for a “Subproject Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Customer Services Spectrum Dominance” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The “Customer Services Spectrum Dominance” department is responsible for ensuring customer service spectrum dominance in the context of military applications. It ensures the support of Integrated Logistics Support for the program department and is the contract holder for service orders from customers in the subsequent In Service Support.

Your Tasks

• Supervision and implementation of (sub-)projects for the supplyability of electronic warfare products in terms of time, cost and quality in coordination with the project manager
• Supports the planning, control and implementation of measures to maintain the supplyability of complex systems (repairs, obsolescence elimination)
• Supporting the Integrated Logistics Support Manager for new systems
• Management of integrated teams
• Creation and safeguarding of logistics concepts
• Support in the creation of internal and external subcontractor contracts
• Contact person for customers and subcontractors during the entire project duration, including analysis of customer requirements and initiation of necessary measures
• Support for the “Sales Customer Services” organization
• Contact person for sales and program department, including analysis of customer requirements

Willingness to travel on business is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the technical field, technician with additional qualification or comparable
• Experience in project management, preferably in Integrated Logistics Support
• Experience in quotation processing and basic knowledge of contract law
• Good knowledge of logistical requirements for complex systems and products as well as the required services
• Knowledge of logistics in the military sector as well as export and ITAR regulations advantageous
• Strong service mindset
• Strong organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a confident professional and personal appearance in a national context
• Very good German and English skills
