Your Role and Responsibilities

The Subscription Annuity Representative’s purpose is to maintain and grow customer loyalty through annuity retention, year to year growth in revenue and profit, deliver on time renewals in a variety of software licensing models, identify expansion opportunities.

  • This cross-brand software role involves identifying Cloud Pak Upgrades, reinstatement opportunities, validating renewal inventories, managing the pipeline by consistently and accurately forecasting, and collaborating with Field Sales and Business Partners to identify obstacles prohibiting on-time renewals early in the sales process.
  • Candidates must have organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with Digital Sales tools, Fastpass, and Distributed Software (DSW), software sales experience, and ability to travel.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Software Sales or relevant work experience
  • Technology sales experience
  • English: Fluent
