SUBSCRIPTION OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE OR APPRENTICE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Climb Global Solutions UK operations team and continue to build our amazing culture working in the office and remotely. ABOUT YOU

You will have a least five GCSE level 4/grade C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English.

  • Must be an excellent communicator, over the phone, written and face to face
  • Ability to summarise substantial amounts of information with attention to detail.

  • Exquisite attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and dialogue.
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and think logically
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to interact comfortably with other departments
  • Able to prioritise and re-prioritise during the day to ensure urgent tasks are completed
  • The ability to choose the best course of action, escalate if required but retain ownership of the issue until resolved
  • Must be commercially minded making data driven decisions
  • Personable and fantastic at building relationships with a desire to give the best possible service

Responsibilities:

  • To have responsibility for handling and investigating all subscription enquiries that may span multiple departments and business units, escalating to line manager when necessary
  • To support Subscription Operations Team leader and other teams to support the implementation of process improvements
  • Understanding programmatic and operational aspects of the MSP operation
  • Participate in the development of and improvement of processes to enhance business efficiency and customer experience
  • Maintain a close relationship with Vendor teams
  • Provide internal and external support with regards MSP billing and invoice queries and resolve within defined SLAs
  • Assist with executing internal monthly Microsoft billing processes thus ensuring invoices are distributed in a consistent and timely fashio
