Description:
15K - 20K ZAR PER MONTH
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Subscriptions Sales Executive to join our team at Newton Media Ltd in our intellectual property group. As a Subscriptions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling subscriptions to our business-to-business magazines and digital content to clients worldwide.
You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of sales success. You will be confident in building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for establishing new leads, identifying potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
You will be required to make contact with qualified leads from our ongoing promotions programme, while also researching the industries that our titles cover in order to identify potential clients, to educate them about the benefits of working with us, and ultimately convert them into new business.
Contact will be made by telephone and email to senior individuals and decision makers, most of whom will be familiar with the high quality products you will be selling. Initially, this will involve making 60-80 calls per day in order to achieve a minimum of 10 pitches. This will enable you to quickly establish a strong pipeline of business from which to work.
You will be a quick thinker, a natural rapport builder and a confident opener. You will possess the ability to get a conversation flowing in order to pick up relevant information and then articulate the unique benefits of our products. The ability to manage your workload effectively is essential as you will be expected to keep proposals moving forward and close the business in a timely manner.
