ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
- The Subsea Process & Improvement role will support, with implementing, and maintaining the OPS Subsea processes, support implementation of new ways of working and support development and implementation of digital tools.
- Drive development, improvement, and governance for processes on behalf of OPS Subsea
- Drive development and implementation of new ways of working for OPS Subsea
- Drive defining and executing a “future ready” improvement agenda (covering processes, data, digitalisation)
- Support in defining digital twin requirements for OPS Subsea and support with development and implementation of the digital twin
- Maintain and improve the OPS Subsea process landscape enabling optimization and transformation
- Facilitate modifications to existing processes for Subsea Operations and its interfaces (Subsea Projects/Execution)
- Facilitate process improvements and implementations, including appropriate stakeholder involvement and communication
- Ensure digital tools within OPS Subsea are supporting development and maintenance of relevant OPS Subsea governing processes in the BMS
- Facilitate improvements across the OPS Subsea
- Facilitate development and implementation of new technology / tools that support the OPS Subsea and our goals/strategy (including analytics)
- Facilitate continuous improvement, using Lean methodology, to ensure “best in class” for OPS Subsea thereby maximising value creation in client
- Facilitate standardisation of methods, tools, processes, and requirements, ensuring that all are fit for purpose to deliver maximum value to client
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with minimum two of the following:
- Experience with training, testing and implementation of digital applications
- Experience with defining and improving work and business management processes
- Experience from an engineering discipline in the Oil & Gas business
- Experience with agile working methods
- Experience with leading and implementing change in organisations
