GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

To guide, direct and perform overall detailed design work including the preparation of drawings, specifications, and estimates for review and approval by the responsible engineer. Shall provide direction to Designers and Technicians on assigned projects and may be required to act as design leader on large and complex projects.
