What we’re looking for:
A strong grasp of HR processes coupled with a passion for technology, or vice versa. We welcome individuals who are dedicated to understanding our clients’ needs. Ideally, you possess experience at the Medior or Senior level.
SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more modules is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough customer process walkthroughs to comprehend business needs and align them with solution functionality.
  • Lead SuccessFactors projects, managing resources and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR best practices.
  • Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while maintaining product standards.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client key users.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless integration between modules.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and application maintenance teams for ongoing support.
  • Support pre-sales activities as needed.
