We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Learning Management System (LMS) and other modules to join our talented team.
Position Overview: As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules with a primary focus on the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and deploying SuccessFactors solutions, along with a deep understanding of other modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on LMS.
  • Strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules, including configuration and integration aspects.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration:


    • Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors LMS and other modules based on client requirements.

    • Customize and optimize system functionalities to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Client Collaboration:


      • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide expert guidance on best practices related to SuccessFactors modules.

      • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of the implemented solutions.
      • Module Expertise:


        • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and other modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning, and more.

        • Stay abreast of the latest updates and enhancements within the SuccessFactors suite.
        • System Integration:


          • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications as needed.

          • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system interoperability.
          • Documentation and Reporting:


            • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

            • Develop and generate reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
