What will your typical day look like?
You will manage BAU, managing business requirements, building relationships and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful support, maintenance, and enhancement of SuccessFactors HR systems for Deloitte internal environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their requirements and priorities.
You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilisation of SuccessFactors applications to meet the business needs.
Manage the daily stand-up, backlog refinement meetings, sprint review, sprint planning and retro sessions.
Manage triage and support of all HR systems tickets, requests and enhancements.
Manage SuccessFactors half yearly releases to ensure effective leverage of enhancements and new features.
Provide guidance to Development team on system configurations, customisations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Enforce governance processes and standards for SuccessFactors development, deployment, and maintenance.
