WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Tech Recruitment & HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in career, looking to gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment and HR functions within a small and dynamic company.
As a summer intern, you will work closely with our main recruiter Luiza who is eager to share her enthusiasm and knowledge of all things Recruitment & HR related. You’ll be involved in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting various HR activities. Plus, you’ll get to experience our healthy work culture, setting the stage for a successful start to your career. #LI-Hybrid

WHAT WE OFFER:

Employment type: Full time fixed term internship (summer internship: 3 months). We can also be flexible for candidates who are only able to accommodate part time schedule, so if you’re eager on the role, do reach out!

Interesting industry – You’ll work in the automotive industry, as our tech team is developing CARIAD/VW products, who provide the best mobility experience to users world-wide.
Trust-based work – We want to celebrate results, not hours spent working. Our core working hours are 11-4 pm (CET or EET) and we expect you to be available during these hours to facilitate collaboration within the team. How you want to organise the rest of your working hours is up to you – early birds, night owls and everybody in between is welcome.
Remote work and offices – We operate on a remote work model and have offices in Bucharest and Hamburg. Nonetheless, you’re free to choose if you want to come to the office or work remotely or do a bit of both. We do however value face-to-face interactions from time to time. So a willingness to travel to meet in-person is helpful. #LI-Hybrid

• Help out with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
• Get involved in creating and rolling out creative recruitment strategies.
• Support HR activities like onboarding new team members, organizing fun employee engagement events, and keeping employee records up to date.
• Dive into research on the latest industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
• Lend a hand with various administrative tasks to support the HR team.
