Summer Job - Customer Service Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Digital Network Operations (DINO) team which is amongst others responsible for 24/7 payload operations on our satellites. Based in Luxembourg, you will support the operational work covering Occasional Use Accesses.
The summer job should start in July and last up to 2 months.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Taking incoming calls from Satellite News Gathering (SNG) trucks and do carrier line up’s over spectrum analyzer
• Support the Dino controller on several other monitoring and fault finding activities in the TV business
• As this activities are often in the evening hours and weekends, this summer job would require working some day/evening shifts and some Saturdays. Thus, the working hours will be either from 08:00-17:00 or 14:00-22:00. However, a plan will be set up in advance.
