We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis for the season at Holiday Park Camping & Seasonal Resort.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative experience;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Previous account payable and receivable experience required;
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering calls courteously;
  • Book reservations online or by telephone;
  • Process payments for seasonal and overnight guests;
  • Organize and file documents and paperwork;
  • Other administrative duties as required.
