Catapult Learning is hiring teachers for Summer 2024
Join Catapult Learning for our Summer Journey program! You will ensure high level of student engagement and success using our proprietary STEM, reading and math programs.
Catapult provides all resources and instructional materials as well as paid training.
Summer Journey is for students in grades K-5 at a Portsmouth, VA non-public elementary school. The program starts July 8 and lasts 4 weeks, 4 days a week, 3-4 hours a day. Teachers must be available for the entire program and must attend a mandatory training. Compensation is $40/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced teachers only.
• VA Teaching Certificate is preferred
• Updated background check and mandated clearances
• Must be available to work the length of the assigned program.

• Attend all training sessions and deliver programs in math, reading/writing skills, and STEM to eligible students through utilization of Company materials and educational strategies.
• Deliver engaging and exciting lessons as outlined in supplied curriculum.
• Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.
• Ensure a safe, enthusiastic, and positive environment for all students.
• Other duties as assigned.
