Administrative support of the BE procurement team during the summer holidays.
Such as:
- Processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
- Maintaining contacts with the requisitioners and the vendors on the purchase order status.
- Updating master data in SAP and other business platforms.
Adminastrative support of the travel coordinator:
- Monitoring the travel mailbox
- Draw up invitation letters
- General admin tasks
