Description:

Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Summer Student at our LloydMall location in Lloydminster. The successful candidate will work closely with our maintenance team to support various tasks and projects aimed at ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of our properties during the summer months.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Commercial Maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and willing to work weekends.
  • Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards.
  • Able to perform physical work such as minor painting, pressure washing, sweeping, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional customer service, every day.
  • The ability to adapt to change in a positive way and deliver successful results within a given time frame.
  • A willingness to take responsibility and easily digest constructive feedback, using it as a learning opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with performing inspections of building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct minor repairs of the building portfolio.
  • Support grounds keeping activities.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
