Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication:
- Contact patients affected by the recall via phone and email to inform them about the recall process and next steps.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding equipment swaps and returns.
- Address any patient inquiries or concerns related to the recall.
- Recall Process Execution:
- Assist in carrying out equipment swaps under the supervision of office staff.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of recalled units and distribution of replacement units.
- Documentation and Logistics:
- Complete and maintain necessary documentation for recall activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping providers (e.g., FedEx) to manage the logistics of recalled and replacement units.
- Track shipments and handle any shipping issues that may arise.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track the progress of recalls to ensure they are completed within designated time limits.
- Report on recall status and provide updates to office staff and management as required.
- Maintain organized records of all recall-related activities
