Responsibilities:

  • Patient Communication:
  • Contact patients affected by the recall via phone and email to inform them about the recall process and next steps.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding equipment swaps and returns.
  • Address any patient inquiries or concerns related to the recall.
  • Recall Process Execution:
  • Assist in carrying out equipment swaps under the supervision of office staff.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of recalled units and distribution of replacement units.
  • Documentation and Logistics:
  • Complete and maintain necessary documentation for recall activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with shipping providers (e.g., FedEx) to manage the logistics of recalled and replacement units.
  • Track shipments and handle any shipping issues that may arise.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and track the progress of recalls to ensure they are completed within designated time limits.
  • Report on recall status and provide updates to office staff and management as required.
  • Maintain organized records of all recall-related activities
