Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Summer Tour Support Norway. This temporary position (April-September) offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, assisting with coordination and execution of our existing summer tours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Summer Tour Support Norway, you will:
- Prepare, check and distribute tour documents with precision and care.
- Update essential data and information on our operations systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- Proactively identify and prevent issues during the tours and assist in finding the solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all departments, including our overseas sales offices, to coordinate tour logistics.
- Provide backup support for the team as needed to maintain our high standards of service.
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Additional language skills are an added advantage but not essential (Danish/ Norwegian or Swedish).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office 365.
