We are seeking a Summer Trainee to join our Mill Lining Commercial Demand and Supply Control team. As our summer trainee, you would gain valuable experience in aftermarket operational support, contributing to a positive customer experience. We hope to find a trainee who is ready to start as soon as possible, and the length of the employment is 6 months (a part-time contract after the summer holidays can be discussed).
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the complete quote and order process for Mill Lining products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with business line and stakeholder teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Address and resolve daily challenges related to quotations and orders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for development topics, effectively coordinating between various teams.
- Manage order backlog and actively communicate with different stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide essential support during summer holidays, ensuring continuity of service and operations.
