KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 year of experience working on a major consumer-facing website
- or 1-2 years of experience in digital fashion publishing / content production + working on a CMS
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This role is a key function in the editorial and marketing team, managing, overseeing and obsessing over Superbalist product, from apparel to accessories. The Platform Content Editor, together with the fashion editor, designer, writer and social team form a core team responsible for conceptualizing insight-led campaigns that will engage our millennial audience across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for the daily content management and optimisation of landing pages to ensure the right merchandising selection is surfaced on the right platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily content management of homepages across all devices.
- Ensure pages are curated correctly and surface the right product at the right time, to brief and business objectives
- Assist the Content Manager in compiling briefs for campaigns and editorials
- Assist the Content Manager in building content plans for the Superbalist customer.
- Work closely with the retail and fashion team to ensure product showcased is available and supports commercial objectives of the brief.
- Analyse performance of department and homepage content across all devices, delivering weekly reports to develop insights and run tests where needed.
- Implement reactive content changes based on performance and trade.
- Work with UX team on the delivery of new CMS components, offer suggestions and insights to improve customer experience.
- Liaise with the trend and retail team to identify key trends incoming to the inform content plan and surfacing thereof on relevant platforms.
- Work with social team to deliver innovative content types to surface product
- Work with the blog team to deliver and produce content, with a focus on merchandising product
- Work with the Brand and CRM teams to roll out daily briefs and ad hoc marketing projects
- Review and feedback seasonally on competitor websites, highlighting new features and merchandising tactics.
- Ensure the right product is surfaced on the right platform, at the right time, across all publishing platforms.
