Responsibilities:
- Development, planning, approval, supervision, and timely realization of entertainment-technical operations for AIDA and Costa cruise vessels
- Review and manage the vessel entertainment-technical budget and spare parts management of equipment, entertainment goods and consumables
- Development of technical solutions, running approval process in accordance to the necessity of the projects
- Be the subject matter expert for the Fleet Teams and Electrical/Entertainment Teams in continuous evaluation and training development of the shipboard personnel by given the needed support and guidance
- Organizing technical inspections and follow up and reporting monthly vessel status
- Supporting in preparation of inspections and audits and documentations of findings in liaison and guidance with the appropriate departments
