Description:

As part of our Team, you will…

  • Providing an outstanding retail experience, ensuring

service, quality and Consistency.

  • Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of

responsibility are met by the Team

  • Escalating issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when

required

  • Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction,

and completion of core departmental training

  • Delivers a hands-on approach to supermarket duties and

greeting our customer’s

  • Work with the Team to help keep our supermarket area clean

& safe - Always promoting Health & Safety first!

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 £9.50 / 18 to 20 £11.97 / 21+ £12.42 per hour depending on age
Experience and Qualifications
You may already be in a similar role which is great! All we are

looking for is…

  • Experience working in retail environment
  • Previous experience working as a shift leader
  • Ability to lead and coach the team
