SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Primary/Secondary School/"O” Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, or Professional Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in reading Single Line Diagrams and AutoCAD drawings.
• Possession of Singapore driving license: Class 3.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
• Able to communicate well in English.

• Supervise workers and subcontractors to maintain schedule adherence and uphold work quality.
• Provide on-site technical support throughout various project stages, including execution, site meetings, testing, and handover, to ensure progress aligns with the schedule.
• Support the project team in testing, commissioning, and conducting customer training post-project completion.
• Engage in technical discussions and progress meetings with clients, M&E consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve project-related issues, and ensure the quality and timely completion of works.
• Manage project activities to ensure smooth implementation and completion.
• Perform other assigned duties.
