YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER:

Are you ready to take on an outstanding opportunity as a Commercial Operations Supervisor? Look no further, because Baxter Healthcare Corporation has an exciting administrative role waiting for you in Heredia, Costa Rica!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Supervise a team of administrative professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure the team’s success
  • Lead and coordinate a group of collaborators to ensure the Channel Operations Activities (Uploads, Eligibility Requests, Chargeback/Trace error clearing, Trading Partner Management, Payments, AR resolution, etc) are completed accurately, timely and are aligned to support the Commercial Ops Targets, Goals and Priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement efficient and effective processes to optimize commercial operations
  • Supervise and analyze important data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong connections with individuals both within and outside the organization to promote teamwork and accomplish shared objectives.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, reports, audits for strategic evaluations to support management decision making
  • Be responsible for the coordination and execution of various administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management
  • Prepare the Monthly Results/Metrics to Review, working closely with leadership.
  • Participate on monthly reviews of results, provide improvement actions where vital
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous growth and development
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and effective strategies to ensure our commercial operations remain competitive in the market.
