If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Electronic Systems Supervisor in our Water and Wastewater Operations team!
At Tweed Shire Council we are dedicated to providing reliable, sustainable and high-quality water and wastewater services to our community. As Electronic Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for the direct leadership and performance of the technical section within the Water Unit, including specific control system training and development for electrical apprentices and staff. The role is responsible for the development, installation, operations and maintenance of the Water Unit’s Electronic Monitoring and Control Systems (all SCADA systems).
The position is regarded as Council’s principal electronics & SCADA specialist covering the organisational asset areas of fixed plant and equipment, instrumentation, control and monitoring systems. You will provide leadership in technical advice and maintenance services for process control, SCADA, automation, communications networks and telemetry systems to support and resolve technical issues in the operation and maintenance of the control systems.
