JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Implement and manage Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems to identify and address equipment abnormalities proactively
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures to ensure timely availability of necessary spare parts, minimize losses and reduce lead times
• Train and mentor equipment technicians on proper maintenance procedures and certifications
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new equipment installations, upgrades, and FDC utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment
• Proven track record of successfully managing equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment malfunctions
• Familiarity with industry-specific software for equipment monitoring, maintenance, and FDC
• Proven leadership skills in managing a team of equipment technicians
