We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our massage parlor. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of massage therapy techniques and spa operations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the massage parlor.
• Manage and motivate a team of massage therapists and receptionists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.
