Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work duties to team members.
  • Daily Inspect rooms: checkouts, vacant, VIP, Out-of-Service and special attention rooms.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolving it to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspect guest rooms, floor pantries and public areas as required and as per procedure.
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
  • Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
  • Ensure that safe working practices are followed including emergency procedures
  • Participate in departmental leadership activities as a member of the team
  • Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion for guests
