Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Allocate work duties to team members.
- Daily Inspect rooms: checkouts, vacant, VIP, Out-of-Service and special attention rooms.
- Handle guest feedback and resolving it to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
- Inspect guest rooms, floor pantries and public areas as required and as per procedure.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
- Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
- Ensure that safe working practices are followed including emergency procedures
- Participate in departmental leadership activities as a member of the team
- Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion for guests
