- Assigns and Supervises day-to-day activity of HR Administrative Services staff.
- Conducts recurrent meetings with the team and with each individual.
- Constant feedback will be given to the team members, according to their work.
- Ensures payroll deadline and accuracy of the deliverables.
- Ensures on-going performance meets established guidelines and conducts annual performance reviews.
- Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
- Ensures all service levels are met per client expectations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates allocation of work according to the actual and planned activities.
- Creates a proper plan for the staff in case there are changes in incoming activities ( increase in volumes, changes in processes etc. )
- Contributes to business growth and efficiencies.
- Interfaces with client to identify and resolve on-going issues.
- In case of Data Privacy Incidents, an immediate and proper Root Cause Analysis will be triggered and created.
