Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Supervise a team of implementation analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the timely and successful execution of client projects. Carefully review client agreements, service orders and statements of work to fully understand the scope and terms of the contract and the overall impact to each project.
