JOB DESCRIPTION

• To plan and carry out on-stream inspections and shutdown inspections of piping, process equipment, boilers, storage tanks and structures
• To plan and co‐ordinate all related works such as scaffold, insulation, painting, etc.
• To closely supervise the inspectors and contractors
• To prepare inspection reports and maintain records (i.e. in the AIMS system)To ensure that all inspection works are carried out safely following all applicable PCS and Complex regulations, procedures and the Law

REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Plant inspection and Non‐Destructive Testing (NDT) in the Energy and Chemicals industry
• Possess NDT Level 2, AWS CWI or CSWIP certification
• API certifications in Pressure Vessel / Piping / Storage Tank inspection are added advantage
• Good report writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel
