Supervisor Integrated Absence Management - Compliance and Audit \Remote - Most states eligible
The Supervisor, Integrated Absence Management role leads and participates in providing compliance support for the ADM Compliance/Auditing team with a focus on leave, disability, research and compliance content development. Supervises workload and assignments, provide feedback and coaching/mentoring, as well as technical and jurisdictional compliance guidance to applicable team members. Monitors, tracks, analyzes and summarizes proposed and existing federal, state and municipal employee leave provisions, including but not limited to paid family medical leave and paid sick leave requirements. Develops, reviews and provides ongoing consultative support to operations and technology resources regarding leave policy implementation and application, including the design and content of new policies and revision of existing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 5 or more years experience at an Absence/Disability case management role at a carrier or employer self-administered program
  • 3 or more years extensive knowledge of Federal and State regulations, including FMLA, PFML, ADA, and best practices required
  • 1 year of Prior coaching, mentorship, supervisory, or similar leadership experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years related work experience in employment and leave law
