- Proven experience in supervising subdivision, roadwork, and earthwork projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management.
- Proficient in interpreting construction documents and plans.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Enforce safety and environmental protocols, ensuring all activities comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources and scheduling of tasks to maximise productivity.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, providing decisive leadership and effective solutions.
