The Ideal Candidate

• Has a passion for wine, beer and spirits and the service industry as a whole
• Has 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Is knowledgeable in the area of wine, spirits or craft beer
• Possesses a positive attitude and has the ability to energize the team
• Is an effective communicator with the ability to share knowledge with our team and guests
• Is the ultimate team player
• Has the ability to create a ‘wow’ experience for our guests and is passionate about customer satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively engaging with our guests on the sales floor by establishing rapport and providing suggestions and wine pairings when appropriate
• Coaching and training of Service Champions
• Receiving orders and unloading pallets; stocking the sales floor
• Executing all daily tasks and merchandising needs while ensuring guest experience is first priority

• Sharing concerns, observations and positive feedback with the manager on a weekly basis and communicating clearly and effectivelyEnsuring cleanliness, effective lighting and music level of the retail environment meets JAK’s standards and all orders are stocked and faced
