QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
  • Possess minimally two years of relevant experience in a similar scale.
  • Well-versed in using of WhatsApp and WeChat
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work at Woodlands Area
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tenancy agreement for all HDB units
  • Prepare rental payable for HDB units
  • Raise PR for bedding items for new HDB units and ensure that unit rooms are equipped for arrival of new Bus Captains.
  • Handle feedback from Bus Captains
  • Maintain HDB unit keys.
  • Apply and maintain utilities account.
  • Update occupant list
  • Source for new HDB units
  • Ensure that all HDB unit premises are cleaned
  • Conduct regular unit inspections for possession of unauthorized & illegal items and rectification on irregularities
  • Schedule & supervise clean-up and repair assignments as and when necessary
  • Responsible to brief the new Bus Captains on HDB’s rules & regulations
  • Liaise, supervise and monitor the performance of the handyman contractor (e.g. air-con, plumbing, etc.)
  • Liaise with relevant bodies on all HDB matters
  • Maintaining of Fault Log to track faults detected
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
