We are looking for a passionate individual to help lead the team and co-manage the store while having lots of FUN doing it!

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility. You are the ”Go to” person on shift so must have a sound knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Previous management experience in hospitality or QSR is essential.
You must also have the ability to motivate and inspire your team, ideally, you are someone with loads of energy and ooze enthusiasm. Other team members will look to you for guidance, so you must be able to lead by example. No shrinking violets – we want you to be bold and sassy!

You will be expected to work in all service areas – food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. You will take charge during the shift and be responsible for staff supervision, ordering and accepting stock, stocktake, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant. You must be available across the day, evening, and weekend shifts.
