Responsibilities:

The Platforms Transformation Supervisor for CitcoRecs will be a key member of the team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the organization’s reconciliation tools for the Citco Group. The CitcoRecs division of Platforms Transformation is a specialized team who perform analytics, identify efficiencies, mitigate risk, and maintain Citco’s competitive advantages in the industry. CitcoRecs is Citco’s strategic reconciliation utility utilized across departments at Citco Fund Services (CFS). The Supervisor will work with the Platforms Transformation teams and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.

  • Create innovative reconciliation solutions
  • Assess business processes for transformation and/or automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes that drive efficiencies
  • Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
  • Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing and testing solutions, from execution to change management
  • Maintain project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
  • Own solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
  • Review other team members documentation
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams/offices
  • Mentor new employees on Platforms Transformation/CitcoRecs projects and processes
  • Review, maintains and groom product backlog to ensure projects are managed effectively
  • Lead Scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
  • Ensure takeaways from retrospectives are implemented
  • Establish best practices/industry standards while designing solutions
  • Weekend testing will be required for releases (new functionality, bugs, enhancements, upgrades); generally, one release is scheduled per month
