We are currently recruiting for an, Supervisor – Process Maintenance (Wet Plant) who will report directly into the Superintendent – Wet Plant, this role is being offered on a 8:6:7:7 roster.
This role will oversee the mechanical maintenance program and tasks for the wet area of the process plant, ensuring all works are conducted safely, efficiently, and effectively. You will manage a team of permanent tradespeople as well as contractors and specialists as required on site.

A day in the life may include:

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all work is completed to agreed schedules
  • Manage the backlog of work within agreed targets
  • Peovide leadership and technical direction to the team you will be managing
  • Review, upgrade and maintain equipment maintenance strategies
  • Contractor management
