• Motivate the team, foster efficiency, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain the store to impeccable standards, ensuring it’s both presentable and fully functional for customers’ needs.
• Channel your passion for helping customers into driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
• Take charge as the acting manager in the absence of the store and assistant store manager.
