ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
- Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
- MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket.
- Have a high level of communication skills.
- Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC.
- Senor First Aid certificate.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
