QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric or an equivalent qualification
• PSIRA Registered Grade A
• At least three (3) years Supervision experience.

• Ensure the access control operations executed meet the customer’s requirements.
• Manage the access control procedures.
• Ensure the Main gate instructions and Emergency Plans are in place according to the customer requirements.
• Ensure the Main Gate Instructions and Emergency Plans are regularly tested.
• Ensure that each new employee receives access control induction.
• Ensure that access control personnel are adequately trained to perform their duties.
• Conduct Site Knowledge Tests as required.
• Conduct on the Job Training when required.
• Ensure Security officer reporting for duty complete the Attendance Register.
• Ensure Security officer reporting for duty read and sign the Instruction Book.
• Responsible for posting officers
