QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds a technical education within electrical/mechanical area or similar experience from the wind industry is a great advantage. You have strong interpersonal skills and can motivate and encourage your team to deliver the best possible results. As a person, you are an excellent team player, calm and determined under pressure as well as responsible and hard-working.
• You should be focused on Health & Safety Environment (HSE), Quality (QA/QC) and customer relations
• Have experience working with electrical/hydraulic diagrams
• Experience in people management
• English communication skills, both verbally and in writing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a safe work environment by acting in compliance with Vestas Offshore Wind’s HSE requirements
• On-site supervision of new supervisors and technicians
• Carry out pre-installation completion and handover main components to installation and commissioning
• Identify, register and handle deviations
• Maintain main components and equipment
