ROLE DETAILS
The Exceptional Needs Unit (ENU) works with young people, adults and families who have exceptional needs, exceptional risks, and exceptional circumstances. The Supervisor- Voluntary Out of Home Care (VoHC) is a role within ENU and accountable to the Program Manager, ENU for:
- Leading the case management and implementation of VoHC with children and young people.
- Implementing the Memorandum of Understanding related to VoHC.
- Leading the development of service delivery models policies and procedures for VoHC clients.
- Building, fostering and growing positive working relationships with commonwealth and state government, non-government and private sector stakeholders.
- Supervising and supporting staff, and students, in assessing, case co-ordinating and system navigating cases for VoHC ENU clients.
