Airbus Aerostructures covers four production sites in Germany: the headquarters in Hamburg and three plants located in Nordenham, Bremen and Stade.
Currently, we are looking for a Supplier Development Management (d/f/m) to support our Supply Chain & Quality Team.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have deep industrial knowledge and and experience in project management, Lean tools and problem solving
• You have a Gemba mindset
• You are autonomous, adaptable and assertive
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and curiosity & willingness to learn
• You re fluent in English and German
• You have the willingness to travel

• You ensure the ability of suppliers to deliver and perform
• You carry out (pre-)assessments at national and international suppliers
• You support complex supplier development projects
• You ensure ad hoc assignments at the supplier’s site (recovery missions)
• You restore and secure Supplier performance by deploying new methods for the respective supplier scope
