Currently, we are looking for a Supplier Development Management (d/f/m) to support our Supply Chain & Quality Team.

- You have deep industrial knowledge and and experience in project management, Lean tools and problem solving

- You are autonomous, adaptable and assertive
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and curiosity & willingness to learn
- You re fluent in English and German

- You ensure the ability of suppliers to deliver and perform
- You carry out (pre-)assessments at national and international suppliers
- You support complex supplier development projects
- You ensure ad hoc assignments at the supplier’s site (recovery missions)
- You restore and secure Supplier performance by deploying new methods for the respective supplier scope
